Since 1996, the trainers at No Excuse Fitness have motivated their clients through more than 250,000 personal-training sessions. So they're well experienced in helping clients get in shape. They work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from expectant mothers to seniors who'd like to be more active. They offer small-group training in addition to one-on-one sessions, but even then, classes max out at four students so that everyone gets individual attention
