Strength Systems is an innovative and exciting program combining indoor and outdoor fitness instruction conceived and created by Master Trainer, Tony Hardridge. It is the first program of its kind to combine outdoor fitness training with elite sport conditioning. Participants see tremendous results in fat loss, increased strength, improved endurance, and lean body tissue.
