"Two years after graduating highschool, I started working an office job. I’ve been there for two years now and in that time, I gained 50 pounds. I am a receptionist so I basically sit all day long. I really want to gain my muscle back and get back in shape. I did have a personal trainer right after graduating highschool and it was awesome, but it didn’t last long because he got fired and I didn’t choose another trainer.
